The answer isn’t harder workouts — it’s smarter movement.

Over the past few weeks I’ve been sharing how stress, sleep, and nutrition impact your energy. Now we’ve reached the final piece: movement that supports your body, not drains it.

It was time… and not just for a haircut.

For most people, it’s simple—but with peri-menopause, claustrophobia, and sensory overwhelm, even sitting in a salon can feel like too much. I’ve been navigating this for years, and only recently started to feel a bit more like myself again.

So I braved it—with my amazing sister by my side. After years of neglect, we went for a big change: 20 inches off, embracing the grey and blending in my natural tones.

It might seem small, but this felt huge.

If stress and poor sleep are driving your hunger, cravings, and low energy, it’s not a discipline problem — it’s a sign your body needs more support.

When things feel off, stricter rules usually make it harder, not easier.

A more helpful approach is to focus on simple, consistent habits:
• Build balanced meals (protein, carbs, fats)
• Eat regularly
• Stop aiming for perfection

Cravings aren’t a lack of willpower — they’re often a signal that something’s missing.

When your body feels consistently nourished, everything starts to feel more stable — your energy, your hunger, and your relationship with food.

If you’ve been stuck in the all-or-nothing cycle, this might be the shift you need.
