Welcome to Lorraine Mitchell Fitness – an Award Winning Advanced Personal Trainer, Pre & Post Natal and GP Referral, covering the Thanet area. I am also a Group Fitness Instructor, specialising in kettlebell training, teaching weekly classes at Newlands Primary School, Ramsgate, Kent. Being able to both achieve and maintain this throughout our life is the challenging part. This is why I incorporate a holistic approach to all training, understanding your individual needs and designing programmes that not only meet your goals and objectives, but also fit around your lifestyle, and are achievable and most importantly enjoyable. What a wonderful morning we had at our Valentine’s Movement & Mingle!

It was so lovely to see familiar faces, welcome new ones, and actually have time to slow down and chat afterwards — no rushing off. The energy in class was fantastic, and I loved hearing your feedback and suggestions.

I’m so glad the mint choc protein balls and blueberry protein muffins went down well (always a relief when testing recipes on your own class!😄).

We’ll definitely be making the “mingle” part a more regular thing — creating space to connect, ask questions and share ideas feels so important.

Thank you for being part of such a supportive community. It was the loveliest way to start Valentine’s weekend 💕
