A big part of being a consultant is managing your own weight and being an example to clients.
I started my journey over 5 years ago and I practically maintained that weight the whole time. I was happy supporting all my lovely clients on their journey's and doing a job that was very rewarding.
Last year I unfortunately broke my ankle very badly and needed extensive surgery. 3 months on crutches and no mobility caused me to gain some weight which I found very difficult both physically and mentally.
In May this year I had my long awaited surgery that was planned last year, which had to be delay due to my ankle injuries.
I decided to stop being a 1:1 consultant prior to the surgery as I knew I would need to fully recover and did not want to let my client's down.
I am 5 weeks post surgery now and feeling so pleased with my results. Its the final part of my 5 year journey and I really couldn't be happier.
I have loved being a consultant and feel truly was blessed to have made some really good friends.
It's not the end for me as I continue to study and I am always researching diet and nutrition.
I am very much into health and well-being and that is my main focus moving forward with my own progress.
I would like thank each and everyone of you that has supported me over the years!!
Also, the 1:1 Diet by Cambridge Weight Loss Plan - without you I wouldn't be where I am today.
