This is the place where you can learn all about Sound Healing & Shamanic Soul Retrieval. I qualified as a Sound Healer in 2007 & later did my Soul Retrieval course in 2009. So what is Sound Healing? It's a method of sending healing energy into the body by use of Tuning Forks, Singing Bowls, Drums, Rattles, Voice and Gongs, etc. We all vibrate at certain frequencies & so too do our chakra points &

internal organs. If any of these are out of balance, Sound healing has the ability to tune into that part's original frequency & literally 're-tune' them. It's a bit like the tuning of a piano. When it's not in tune, it sounds a little bit 'honkey-tonk'; whilst when it's been tuned, it can sound like a beautiful Steinway. Ok folks because I now have 1k followers on here (seems a tad bonkers!) but in honour of that I am going to gift someone a Sound bath which you can play at your leisure at home. Sound bathing has the ability to heal you from the inside out by actually vibrating the cells of your body, making you feel much calmer, less anxiety, deeply relaxed & better able to face the world. Scientists have now proven it helps improve your well-being.

All you need do is book up, bring your mats, blankets & cushions & we will dothe rest.

We will start with a gorgeous heart opening Cacao Ceremony & meditation, leading into a blissfully soothing Sound bath & then after you are invited to journal your wishes & dreams for Spring into your gifted booklet.

Bring a yoga mat or similar, cushion/pillow & blankets to be super cozy. All other things will be provided. It's such a gorgeous session. 😍 ❤️🙏🎶🍫☕️

Some fab events coming up from me. This Friday I'm back at Soul Barns to do my Joy! With Chant & Kirtan session, 7pm. It's world Sound healing day so content will be to honour that with toning 'Ahh' & sending love out into the world (which, of course, you could do anytime, not just world Sound Healing day 😉) plus there will be sanskrit mantras & other chants for you all to enjoy. Do come along & give it a try - such a gorgeous & uplifting session! 😍🎶 I love doing these Xx

Then 9th March I will be back with the lovely to do another session of Sound & Cacao, Journal & Dream. A chance to enjoy a heart opening Cacao Ceremony & then lie back & absorb all the healing vibrations from gong, drum & plentiful other instruments & after that we will invite you to pick up a pen & Journal down your thoughts, ideas, inspirations so you can manifest the best for the rest of your 2025 & beyond. Such a great session last time & I'm really chuffed to be running it again.

I also off a shamanic monthly drumming group & give shamanic healing including Soul Retrieval, Shamanic drumming, Reiki Drumming & Assemblage Point Alignment sessions. I have also just recently done a course in crystal healing which I am enjoying dicovering more about as a vibrational healing tool.
