CHRISTMAS?? I know it seems impossible that somehow we're talking about it already. BUT with only 14 weeks to go, it's worth a mention.

14 weeks x 1lb a week = 1 Stone .

Totally achievable.

SO pleased to say I am back at Kingsclere and loving being with these friendly, supportive and caring members. The new Image therapy is proving to be a hit with some fantastic losses recorded every week.
No going around the room.
No need to confess what got in your way.
Just time to share tips, recipes, food learning, motivation, inspiration, mindset and behaviour changes - all necessary to keep us all motivated all the way to target. And most of all FUN!

From 3rd- 16th November there is a free membership offer available for all previous slimming world members as well as an absolutely gorgeous new booklet too.
I understand how easy it can be to think to ourselves … I’ll “re-start in the new year”, but just think how amazing it would feel to be at least 1 stone lighter going into Christmas and the new year

I know how busy life can be with the build up to Christmas (not even taking into account Halloween, Bon Fire night, kids school holidays, end of school term, present buying, endless shopping trips) but maybe taking some time for yourself and your health could also be on the agenda. 🍝 There’ll be 15 tasty recipes to choose from each week – perfect to help you stay on track for a 100% Food Optimising week. The portions sizes are amazing too! 🙌

📖 Each box comes with a free mini magazine with easy cooking instructions for all the recipes you chose – and the ones you didn’t, for when you have more time to plan and shop.

Emily and Rhoda have had to move their Tuesday Thatcham Football Club groups due to flooding! You’ll find them at Thatcham Frank Hutchins hall at 9:30 and 11am or at Burdwood Centre at 4pm, 5:30pm and 7pm! New members welcome 🥰
