Super excited to say we held our Two Together competition in group last night and WOW the nominees did not disappoint. Thank you for taking part and sharing how you plan, support, guide and motivate one another. Losing weight is so much easier when you have others to support you all the way.
Our winners in the 7pm session are sister-in-laws Josephine and Caroline Smith. When Josephine lost 4st 3lb to reach her Target weight she encouraged Caroline to come along without fear of judgement. Caroline has since lost 1st 10lb in 9 weeks and has really embraced food optimising, we are so proud of both of them.
If you'd like support to reach your dream weight pop along on Wednesday to the Fieldgate Centre, Kingsclere at 4pm and 5.30pm. Let's do this together.❤

Calling all current and past members.
Have you ever thought about becoming a consultant? Do you think 'I could do that'. We'd love to hear from you if you have.

We are currently holding our opportunity events in person and on Zoom so please get in touch if you'd like more information. These are an informal way of getting the facts about owning your own Slimming World franchise.

With over 35 million overweight people in the UK we know how important it is to belong to a group where you get the support, encouragement and motivation for life-long success. To this end we need to open more groups and need more caring consultants.

Our new Essentially Slimming World book is packed with motivation and inspiration - it's your guide to slimming success! Our healthy eating plan is more flexible that ever – and our new, pacier and super-motivational groups are the best place to find out everything you need to know 🙌.

Every new, existing and returning member who comes to group between 26th December and 17th January will receive this essential guide for free.

CHRISTMAS?? I know it seems impossible that somehow we're talking about it already. BUT with only 14 weeks to go, it's worth a mention.

14 weeks x 1lb a week = 1 Stone .

SO pleased to say I am back at Kingsclere and loving being with these friendly, supportive and caring members. The new Image therapy is proving to be a hit with some fantastic losses recorded every week.
No going around the room.
No need to confess what got in your way.
Just time to share tips, recipes, food learning, motivation, inspiration, mindset and behaviour changes - all necessary to keep us all motivated all the way to target. And most of all FUN!
