I’m Susan, a Hatha yoga teacher offering stretch-and-breathe yoga for beginners, using my experience in Special Educational Needs teaching to create a calm space in a busy world 🌿 With a lifetime of teaching experience as a Special Educational Needs teacher, I hope to create a welcoming and supportive environment for your practise. I began practicing yoga in my 50s after my children left home, seeking a new form of exercise. My first class left me feeling uplifted and peaceful, and I was hooked. Now, as a yoga teacher, I am passionate about helping others experience the benefits of yoga in an approachable and rewarding way. Why Choose Susan Hope Yoga?

✔️ Gentle warm-ups to mobilize joints and muscles
✔️ A mix of physical postures (asanas), held individually or in a flow
✔️ Counterposes to restore balance
