I have been working in the fitness industry for over 25 years and this page is my Hatha/Yin yoga page.If you would like to get in touch to discuss a 1-2-1 practice please email me . Here are the options for practicing yoga with me :
1-2-1 practice a designed programme for your needs and a time that is suitable to us both (priced at £25 virtually ) or in the privacy of your own home £35 -£55 depending on where you live. Second option is to join me for a online monthly or Friday group practice at 9am (priced at £)

Wishing you a positive Monday , has we move towards 2025 it a good time to reflect on this year and how we can move into 2025. Life and people can test us but taking a deep breath a nights sleep , talking to a friend or family member all will feel better .
Take a moment to read through this post below .

1. The greatest stress you go through when dealing with a difficult person is not fueled by the words and actions of the person - it is fueled by your mind that gives their words and actions importance.
2. It’s okay to be upset, it is never okay to be cruel. Rage, resentment and jealousy do not change the hearts of others. They only change yours.
3. Forgive others, not because they deserve forgiveness, but because you deserve peace. Free yourself from being an eternal victim.

7. The way we treat people we strongly disagree with is a report card on what we’ve learned about love, compassion and kindness. Life is too short to argue and fight. Count your blessings, value the people who matter, and move on from the drama with your head held high.
8. Don’t expect to see positive changes in your life if you constantly surround yourself with difficult people. The great danger of being around difficult people is that you will start to become like them without knowing it. Just because you are kind to someone , does NOT mean you have to spend extra time with them.
9. If you really want to be happy and peaceful, then stop being afraid of being yourself, and stop thinking about what others think of you every second. There’s nothing selfish about giving yourself enough space for self care. Experience life on your terms and you will be life-giving to others.

Note before you try this people with certain heart conditions, including congestive heart failure and high blood pressure, should get approval from their doctor before trying it.

RESTING IS DOING

If only we could see the power in rest.
If only we could attach to it, the worth it so deserves.
If only we could open our minds to the idea, that everything in nature has its time to rise and its time to descend.
That each of these acts is just a important as the other.
And that is exactly as it must be.
If only we could see the courage it takes to lay aside the worries, the fears and the comparison, just for a few hours, to let the mind, spirit and body come together again.
Doing the one thing they all require so much… nothing.
If only we could see the power in rest.
Because resting is very much doing.
