📣📣Great news!

We are now taking new patients again! Thank you for being patient with us whilst we managed demand. Thank you to those who have patiently been sitting on our waiting list. Everyone who gave us details has been contacted either via voicemail or an e mail. Please do give us a call to book if you still would like an appointment.

A great e mail review to receive this week.... Sometimes we are more than just nail cutters!😂

This lovely chap came to me as he had recently moved to the area. He used to have someone to keep his hard skin under control where he previously lived and just wanted someone to manage it now he had moved to Newbury. As part of our assessment I tested his pulses. I wasn't happy with the findings so completed a small heart trace. This confirmed my suspicion that he likely had an irregular heart beat. Something, if left untreated, can cause blood clots, heart failure or strokes.

After a quick contact with the patients GP, in less than 2 weeks he has now had atrial fibrillation confirmed and is on medication!

We are a specialist foot clinic in Thatcham, Newbury. With many years experience, we provide a high quality Podiatry service to all local patients. Your foot care needs are treated with a full assessment, diagnosis and explanation of your problem along with ways to treat/prevent the problem. Our link is based in the modern, spacious, clean clinic at Total Health West Berkshire located close to West Berkshire Hospital. We have ample free parking in the immediate vicinity of the clinic and lovely receptionists who will great you as you enter the clinic and offer you a free tea or coffee. We look forward to helping you in the future.
