Join us for all our usual sessions this week plus our spring equinox sauna open day, with half price sessions all day plus a gift bag, drinks, snacks and chats.

Then Sunday we slow right down with our slow Sunday morning sessions, slow and scented or slow and salty, which are 90 minutes and include essential oils or salt scrub.

We got such a positive response from our new year offer that we've decided to create two permanent sessions packages, four saunas for £44 or five saunas for £55.

There's no time limit on usage, redeemable in any 60 minute communal session, including our Monday night silent session.

Since opening at the beginning of October we've been lucky to welcome many wonderful, kind and interesting sauna guests to our small corner of arcadia in Thaxted Essex. We're delighted to announce that we'll be open throughout the festive season, helping you unwind, detox, and recharge. Our sauna is the ideal spot for intimate gatherings, free from distractions and full of connection.

Book a Private sauna session for you and your friends or family, just £90 and you get the place to yourselves, with added extras like essential oils. Communal sessions still available.

This evening, we're savoring the peacefulness of a rain-free night with a cozy fire-lit gathering at the sauna. The beautiful Thaxted church, aglow in the distance, adds to the enchanting ambiance. The sauna's darkness heightens our senses, ensuring a deeply relaxing experience.

Join us for our evening sessions, available from sunset on Monday, Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday. Sessions can be booked privately or communally.

We managed to coincide being shut with the absolutely awful wet weather this week, but back open again from tomorrow, and all weekend until Tuesday.
