Our mobility classes are less yoga in nature and more centred around improving control, body weight strength and flexibility.
Improving mobility is proven to:
improve performance,
aid with injury prevention
release stiffness/tightness and tension.
Making these mobility classes ideal to fit in alongside your current training as an active recovery/maintenance session.
Our Slow flow class is absolutely a yoga centered class but also has movements that we term ‘soft mobility’. Slow flow classes work through lots of mobility movements whilst still feeling slow, gentle and restorative. Perfect to compliment a hard training session or a long day of sitting and needing to find some spaciousness.
