The sun is now rising before our early morning classes and we love the first morning sun hitting the studio for our early risers. For any early birds. our early morning classes are a perfect start to your day.
Join every Tuesday at 06:30 for balanced vinyasa, where you can expect to move through standing, flowing and seated style postures. You can modify any poses where necessary to suit where you are at. Balanced vinyasa classes are intended to work your full body and build awareness, flexibility and strength. Ideal for kick starting your system and being ready for whatever the day has in store.
Join every Thursday at 06:30 for strength vinyasa where you will work on strength within the body by holding the postures at range for a few longer breaths than a typical vinyasa class. This class is all about mastering your control of body weight and slower in nature to allow more time under tension. Great for building strength within your practice and starting your Thursday feeling strong in your mind and body.
