For those that train hard in any movement practice - lifting, running, cycling, hiking, surfing or just generally feel stiff in their bodies - we’ve got you!

Our mobility classes are less yoga in nature and more centred around improving control, body weight strength and flexibility.

Improving mobility is proven to:
improve performance,
aid with injury prevention
release stiffness/tightness and tension.

Making these mobility classes ideal to fit in alongside your current training as an active recovery/maintenance session.

Our Slow flow class is absolutely a yoga centered class but also has movements that we term ‘soft mobility’. Slow flow classes work through lots of mobility movements whilst still feeling slow, gentle and restorative. Perfect to compliment a hard training session or a long day of sitting and needing to find some spaciousness.

Join every Monday 09:30 for balanced vinyasa.
Cath will move you through a full body warm up in a mindful way to prep your body for an energising but accessible flow. Balanced classes mix standing, seated, balance postures as well as vinyasas. Great for all levels ✨

Join every Wednesday for Mobility 09:30 - 10:30

Julie will guide you through a targeted mobility practice- aimed to improve balance, coordination, flexibility and mobility. Great for everyone no matter your movement background - with an aim to keep you moving well for longer 💜

Early Risers these are for you ☀️

The sun is now rising before our early morning classes and we love the first morning sun hitting the studio for our early risers. For any early birds. our early morning classes are a perfect start to your day.

Join every Tuesday at 06:30 for balanced vinyasa, where you can expect to move through standing, flowing and seated style postures. You can modify any poses where necessary to suit where you are at. Balanced vinyasa classes are intended to work your full body and build awareness, flexibility and strength. Ideal for kick starting your system and being ready for whatever the day has in store.

Join every Thursday at 06:30 for strength vinyasa where you will work on strength within the body by holding the postures at range for a few longer breaths than a typical vinyasa class. This class is all about mastering your control of body weight and slower in nature to allow more time under tension. Great for building strength within your practice and starting your Thursday feeling strong in your mind and body.

We are so excited to bring pregnancy yoga to our timetable with our new resident teacher Meg!

Not only is Meg an experienced teacher, she is also a midwife and a wonderful guide to support your special journey through pregnancy yoga.

Starting on Sat 28/02 - 11:30 - Pregnancy yoga will be at the studio every week at this time.

You can catch Hannah every Tuesday at 06:30 for early riser balanced vinyasa and also at pick n mix from time to time!

Hannah has been part of our community since we opened and already a hit with many students. We are so excited for her to be a resident on our team.

our updated timetable has two new classes - Mother & baby and kids yoga.

Mother and baby is all about mum, filling your cup and gently reintegrating breathwork, core and pelvic floor back into your body- in a calm and supportive space for baby to come along. Post class you can also stay for a cuppa and some cake.

Our kids yoga class is perfect to ground from school and start to incorporate themes of mindfulness, kindness and acceptance - whilst having fun moving.

Both are available to block book from 8th Jan - DM for more info or any questions 🧘‍♀️🧘‍♂️
