‘Unhinged bio’ from Chat.
I’m concerned it’s not quite unhinged 😂
Holistic therapist, part-time life untangler, full-time “how are you still functioning like this?” observer.
I rub your shoulders and suddenly you’re questioning your entire life structure. Coincidence? Absolutely not.
I don’t just “help you relax” — I expose the fact you’ve been running on fumes, people-pleasing, and blind optimism since 2007. Then I hand you a blanket, a cup of tea (emotionally), and a slightly inconvenient truth.
30 years in and I’ve seen it all:
– the woman who says “I’m fine” with a twitch in her left eye
– the one who books a massage but actually needs a life intervention
– the chronic over-giver who thinks rest is something you earn (it’s not, by the way)
I work with your body, your nervous system, and the quiet chaos you’ve normalised.

– a sudden urge to stop tolerating nonsense
– becoming the woman who books herself in BEFORE she burns out (radical, I know)
