This November is Men’s Health Awareness Month, a time to highlight the importance of looking after both physical and mental wellbeing.

If you’re feeling overwhelmed or need someone to talk to, GroceyAid’s free, confidential Helpline is available 24/7 on 08088 021 122, offering immediate emotional support whenever you need it. Following a short assessment, you may also be able to access structured counselling, fully funded by GroceryAid, to provide help during tough times.

Encourage others to take a moment to check in on their mental health and know that support is available.
