We’re hiring Process Controllers for an exciting, fast-paced, hands-on role.

Pay: From £14.40 per hour + 10% night shift allowance (2200–0600, £15.84 per hour)
Shifts: 4 on, 4 off – days or nights
Transport: Company bus service available from Norwich, Attleborough, Wymondham, and Thetford Centre

Meet Odeta👋

Odeta is passionate about inspiring people whose first language isn’t English to join the food and drink industry—and to never let fear stop them from pursuing something they love.

When Odeta joined our team 11 years ago, she spoke little English. With the support of 2SFG, she enrolled at West Suffolk College, learned the language, and has since earned several promotions.

She knows firsthand the difference it can make:
