It’s movement, empowerment, threads of yoga philosophy to help you take your practice off the mat, it’s birthing knowledge, tending to your nervous system, a sacred pause. You’ll find a strong emphasis on rest and mindfulness- needed very much during pregnancy. It’s support, community, dedicated space just to honour your pregnancy journey.
It’s a mini sound bath each week.
