The end of last year was challenging for a number of reasons, so I’ve had a longer break than planned.
Softly I’m making my way back to routines and offerings, yet remembering this is still very much a time for resting and wintering. Not rushing - declining busyness for now. I hope you can be gentle with yourself too.
Lovely to offer the first sound baths of ‘26 at last weekend.
This week I was back to sharing weekly pregnancy and postnatal yoga with sound at - nurturing pauses for mums in a busy world with many demands.
A newsletter is being written (slowly) and more offerings for January, February and March are landing softly like snowflakes into the Bookwhen schedule.
I’ve also added a birdsong sound bath for the end of this month, in case you feel called to rest and the restorative sounds of nature. It’s been asked for a lot so I hope it will be supported, even though it’s short notice.
Forest bathing is paused until March, my annual rest from outdoor sessions.
May you be well friends, may you lean into the softness and beauty of a spacious schedule. Bare branches, acorns and seeds buried deep in the wintering earth. For now simply answering the call to rest as we journey through the remaining winter months.
