It might not be a fancy studio but the village hall sure looked lovely for this morning’s class. We finished the session with a relaxation guided through the senses feeling the spring warmth and air coming through the windows and listening to birdsong!❤️

What a fantastic journey it has been so far for my 300 hour yoga training. So amazing to spend time learning, connecting and sharing space with so many wonderful people. 130 hours now in the bag - so looking forward to this weekend’s yin training with !
