On the weekend we enjoyed a visit from Nathan and his Crazy Animal Show. He brought in some wonderful animals for us to see and touch (for those feeling brave!), including micro ferrets, a python, a tarantula, a spotted ghecko and a tortoise.

We loved learning about each unique species, with many of us facing our phobias to touch snakes and tarantulas for the first time 🐍🦎🐢

Yesterday we had a brilliant time celebrating Burns Night and continuing our Armchair Travels to Scotland!

We had our lovely resident Scotsman read some of Robert Burns work to us all & treated ourselves to some delicious Scottish snacks. Our residents learned all about the history of Burns Night and Scotland, participating in some puzzles and a quiz 🧩📄
