🎉10 years to the day since I stood in front of my first Slimming World group. 🎉

🎢It's been a roller coaster with many highs and a few lows (Lockdown was hard) 📉

🫶I've met so many wonderful people over the years and supported people who have changed their lives forever.

👭I have been so privileged to work with some incredible people, and learnt so much.

🥳We're celebrating in group this evening and tomorrow morning with some lovely food- so come along and join us!

Before, during and After!

Saturdays parkrun, two of my lovely members were kind enough to let me take a before and after selfie!

I walked the 5k route last week and decided to run some of it this week. Took 8 minutes off my time which I feel really proud of- I'm digging my running clothes out again for this week!

Why not join us, registering is free and a great way to kick-start your healthy lifestyle.
