What a great way to de-stress by having a good all round treatment like Reflexology. I'm additionally trained in Menopause Reflexology. I've had great success with clients who struggle with hot flushes and are going through the peri-menopause/menopause.

Dear all,
As of the 1st April all Reflexology prices at Mindful Sole will be increasing by £5 per treatment. All appointments booked in advance before the 1st April will stay at the old prices and any vouchers too. The system will be changed so it's easier to book with a standard 30mins @ £28, 60mins @ £43, 70mins @ £48, 90mins @£58 and 2hrs Reflexology @ £78 and you decide nearer the appointment which type of Reflexology you would like. There will be still an £8 deposit required when booking. Don't forget please get intouch if you can't find a booking, I have helped several clients find a suitable appointment this past week. Thankyou all so much for your continued support 🤗🩷
