We are 1 week in to the current 6 week weightloss challenge and this poster gives and idea of some of the topics we have covered so far.
It's not about starving yourself, this 6 week course is to help you lose fat and keep it off, with education around nutrition and exercise, and daily habits that you can adapt to work with your lifestyle.
