🗣GROUP EX is a great way to get fit and share the experience, increasing your accountability and enjoyment, training with like minded people and working towards the same goal.

🗓GROUP EX is held over 3 days, with Monday and Wednesday morning in Great Ouseburn at the Village Hall at 7am, and Friday evening in Dishforth at the Sports Pavillion at 6.15pm.

🔵What to expect...
The session is split into 3 main parts:
💪Strength and conditioning
🏃‍♀️Group Challenges
🥊Boxing/ HiiT

In GROUP EX you will learn safe and effective techniques and workouts while trying to increase weights and reps.

Just a quick update to let you know that from 1st June, class prices will be changing.

This is the first price increase in some time and reflects the continued planning, programming, equipment investment, and coaching that goes into every session, along side expenses including travel costs and facility hire across my various sites.

New Pay-As-You-Go Prices

🔵30-minute class: £8 (currently £7)
🔵45-minute class: £10 (currently £9)
🔵Back-to-back 30 + 45 minute classes (1 hour 15 minutes): £14 (currently £12)

New 6-Week Block Prices

🔵30-minute classes: £42 (currently £36)
🔵45-minute classes: £48 (currently £42)
🔵Back-to-back classes: £72 (currently £60)

Booking a 6-week block still offers the best value and guarantees your place each week.

Friday’s session was a simple but effective full-body circuit:

🔥Sit-ups
🔥Walkouts
🔥Squat to press
🔥Gorilla rows
🔥High swings
🔥Shuttle Runs

One minute of each exercise, repeated for five rounds with no rest.

A great mix of core work, strength, cardio, and a healthy dose of grit!

Consistency beats complexity every time. 💪

BIIIIGGG Shout out to this crazy cat lady, Emma!

Emma started training with me a few months ago, initially to get in shape for a special anniversary, but has since stayed on and continues to improve her PBs!

Over the last few weeks we have increased her deadlift, squat, single arm rows, incline press ups, and started working on clean n jerks which she is smashing!
