Happy Easter everyone :) We've had a lovely time in Northumberland showing the boys our favourite places and the peace and quiet of the area.

Started off with a family Easter egg hunt, and followed by a trip to Slalely Hall for pool visits and scooter rides around the grounds for Arthur who has had a brilliant time, especially as he has collected another sword on our trip to Hadrians wall ⚔️

The hotel had a good gym and I made time for a workout each morning, so im ready to take you all on again at class on Monday!

✨ 2025 WINS – WHAT A YEAR 👊 ✨

As we look back on 2025, I just want to take a moment to recognise what this year has really been about…

Not perfection.
Not quick fixes.
But consistency, community, and real people putting the work in 💪

Here are just some of the highlights ⬇️

🏆 Long-term consistency
Joyce & Alan continue to show what fitness for life looks like. Training since 2020, still turning up, still getting stronger, still supporting everyone around them. From evening walks to strong, confident planks — proof that habits done over time always win.

🔥 Comeback stories
Rob returned to training after a 4-year break and reminded us all that it’s never too late to start again.

✅ 2 stone down
✅ Fitter, stronger, moving better
✅ Feeling years younger
Life happens — progress can always restart.

💥 Incredible transformations
Jeremy lost an unbelievable 4.5 stone (28kg) since retiring, showing that this chapter of life can be your strongest yet. Training alongside Ruth, staying consistent, and fully committing to the process.

Liza came back to fitness after having Isla and has since lost 16kg, built strength, confidence, and become a regular energy-booster in classes. A journey built slowly, sustainably, and successfully.
