✨ 2025 WINS – WHAT A YEAR 👊 ✨
As we look back on 2025, I just want to take a moment to recognise what this year has really been about…
Not perfection.
Not quick fixes.
But consistency, community, and real people putting the work in 💪
Here are just some of the highlights ⬇️
🏆 Long-term consistency
Joyce & Alan continue to show what fitness for life looks like. Training since 2020, still turning up, still getting stronger, still supporting everyone around them. From evening walks to strong, confident planks — proof that habits done over time always win.
🔥 Comeback stories
Rob returned to training after a 4-year break and reminded us all that it’s never too late to start again.

Life happens — progress can always restart.
💥 Incredible transformations
Jeremy lost an unbelievable 4.5 stone (28kg) since retiring, showing that this chapter of life can be your strongest yet. Training alongside Ruth, staying consistent, and fully committing to the process.
🙌 Post-natal strength & energy
Liza came back to fitness after having Isla and has since lost 16kg, built strength, confidence, and become a regular energy-booster in classes. A journey built slowly, sustainably, and successfully.
⚖️ Weight loss challenges that WORK
Over the year: • 25 people per challenge
• Focus on calorie deficit, protein, whole foods & movement
• Real education, real habits
🏆 Winners like: 👏 Claire – 5.6kg down in 6 weeks, even with a holiday in the middle
👏 Nik – 7kg down in 6 weeks, combining smart nutrition, 1:1 training and extra activity.
💪Jay - Losing 7.5kg and fitting in to clothes that he hasn't done for years!
All taking home £100 — but more importantly, confidence and momentum.
