We had a surprise inspection today by the Food Hygiene Standards, and we couldn’t be prouder of our five-star rating, that we achieved today! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Our Care Home Manager, Holly Hunton, shared her excitement saying, “thank you to our dedicated teams for making this happen through consistent standards and commitment ” 💜💜

We're excited to be in Easingwold this afternoon! Our Customer Relations Manager just dropped by the Galtres Centre.

⭐ Next Friday, April 24th, we'll be setting up an information stand at the centre starting at 9 AM. It's such a fantastic space with plenty for the community to enjoy! ⭐⭐ We can't wait to return to the charming Easingwold next week, so please come by and say hello! 🌞

By becoming part of our team, you’ll help brighten our residents' days and create some wonderful moments! Making tea and coffee you will love people and have an understanding and empathic spirit. We love what we do at Ruby Lodge, and when we get feedback like this it means a lot to the staff team. This week our Customer Relations Manager carried out 7 tours of Ruby Lodge but … its not just a tour - the families looking for care soak in the atmosphere to which every member of the team plays a vital role

Yesterday we had the pleasure of welcoming guest speaker Tommy Whitelaw, National Lead for Person Centred Voices.✨🏡

Our local community, families and staff team enjoyed an informative and inciteful talk led by Tommy highlighting the real impact of kindness, empathy, and connection in health and care settings. His story is a call to action reminding us that every interaction matters.💜🗣️
