🏆FHT Fellow lifetime achievement award winner 2025 As part of your injury rehabilitation, I can offer postural analysis, nutrition advice, a personalised rehabilitation programme specific to your injury and/or sport. Any changes you wish to make for your upcoming treatment must be made 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time. All cancellations must be made at least 24hours before the appointment (Monday appointments need to be cancelled by the Friday before). Otherwise a 50% charge will be required for your scheduled treatment. If you do not turn up for your appointment, you will be charged full price for the scheduled treatment, as I am unable to fulfill the appointment. Client's who repeatedly no show or cancel last minute, will be required to pay the full treatment amount upfront in order to secure their appointment slot. This can be by cash, PayPal or bank transfer.

As part of your injury rehabilitation, I can offer postural analysis, nutrition advice, a personalised rehabilitation programme specific to your injury and/or sport. Injury prevention measures can also be looked into. Due to the large increase in last minute cancellations, and no shows, all appointments will now require a 50% deposit at the time of booking. Your appointment will not be secured until the deposit has been received. This can be by cash, PayPal or bank transfer. This deposit is non-refundable. Any changes you wish to make for your upcoming treatment must be made 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Otherwise your request will not be accommodated (especially with hot stone treatments). Privacy Policy

As your therapist, I will only obtain & hold data that is relevant to your treatment plan, and anything that may cause a contraindication to your rehabilitation. All data is stored in paper form, in a secure file. No data is computer processed or shared with a third party. All data will be kept safely & securely for 10yrs, in line with my insurers policies. When 10yrs has passed, your data will be shredded and disposed of responsibly. You have the right to access your consultation form. With the change in GDPR, I kindly request that you make sure any information I hold about your is correct and up to date. Also, can you update me on how you are happy to be contacted for appointments. Minors still require written consent from their legal guardian, and for them to be present at all times during the treatment.
