Reiki is a system of energy healing that originates from Japan.It is a complementary healing therapy in which the therapist/practitioner channels energy into the client by means of touch to active their own healing system, restoring physical and emotional well-being. I was introduced to Reiki in my late teens when a close friend of mine did his level one reiki attunement and I was lucky enough to be a subject for his practice! I have a BSC honours degree in counselling and therapeutic studies and worked in the voluntary sector for 10 years, supporting victims of serious crime and abuse. After being made redundant, Reiki came to me in 2013 when I embarked on my Reiki level 1 attunement. I had been recovering from a hernia operation and felt the need for Reiki to help with my healing process. After meeting the Reiki Master that came to my aid, I felt compelled to become attuned too! I am a fully qualified Reiki Master/Teacher in both Usui and Tibetan Reiki. I am an ancient woodland owner and run forest bathing, meditation & reiki groups/retreats out in the sanctuary of nature. I also offer nature reiki sessions in the sacred space bell tent within my woodland too.

In circle we will warm up around the ceremonial fire, with a delicious cup of cacao, releasing all that doesn't serve us positively to the sacred flame. 🔥 ☕️

Together we will ground our energy whilst forest bathing amongst the ancient trees.🌳🌲

And finally, we will get comfy and cosy in the cabin, with the stove fire blazing, where we will meditate to a place of stillness and peace, with the assistance of reiki healing vibrations and guidance from The Cailleach (the witch of winter)….. 🤲🏻✨🧘🏼‍♀️🧘🏻

I am hosting another lovely Autumn time Reiki Refresher/Shares Workshop in our beautiful ancient woodland and there are a few places still available.

This event is for people who are already attuned to reiki - whatever level!

If you feel called to 'come back to reiki' or want to brush up on your skills/knowledge, or maybe you would just like to spend the day in the autumnal woods doing all things reiki with like minded others.....

The workshop will entail ....

Reiki hand positions practice - a reminder of the basics of reiki practice
A Reiki Attunement for all attendees to clear your channels
Reiki Guided Meditation
Reiki practice tips and techniques
Questions and Answers about all things Reiki
Reiki Shares - all attendees will experience being worked on by a number of Reiki Healers (a magickal experience!!!)

Attendees will need to bring a packed lunch - refreshments & light snacks are included in the cost.

Power up!
Nature produces the BEST medicine & this year our cold & flu power house came early - ELDERBERRIES 💜 So I’m stocked up on my Syrup ice cubes to see my family through the winter & even made some cute medicinal wedding favours for my lovely friend 500g elderberries
I used 3 star anise & 6 cloves
2 teaspoons organic cinnamon
A good thumb sized chunk of root ginger sliced
I didn’t measure the filtered water….. I’d say around 500mls though
Add them all to a large pan, bring to the boil & then simmer for 20-30 mins.
When the liquid cools a little, add raw organic honey - a few tablespoons will do.
I then put a lid on & leave over night for deeper infusion.
Then strain (really pressing the berries through a sieve) to extract all the goodness.
Bottle the syrup, it lasts a couple of weeks in the fridge or keep making ice cubes out of it until you have used all the syrup and they will see you through the dark season as medicinal teas or sore throat ice cubes 🖤💜🖤💜

Our Lion's Gate Circle that took place on 8th of August was so lovely! I received fabulous feedback from attendees, on what a wonderfully healing experience it was for them in the woods!

Magick happens in the woods......

Around the ceremonial fire we will sip Mama Cacao whilst working collectively & in support of one another to release what no longer serves us.

We will harness the magick of nature amongst the ancient trees whilst grounding our energy as we forest bathe.

I will then guide you through a meditation with the healing vibrations of Reiki in our cozy cabin.

Our next Meditation Circle is detailed below, and what's extra special about this circle, is that we'll be basking in the mystical, spiritual and transformative energies of Lion's Gate Portal.
At this time of the year, the cosmic alignments shower our beautiful planet with supercharged frequencies, creating an energetic gateway for an abundance of positive change.
Add in the energies of a cool & aloof Aquarius Full Moon (August 9th), and you've got yourself a cauldron for creating something pretty special!!!

I'd love you to joins us......
