Over the next 6 weeks, The Coach, from our Doctor, Therapist and Coach podcast, will be handing out week by week, everything that you need to get and stay in shape over the summer and beyond in the GTSB SUMMER MAKE OVER .

The 3 things that you need to do before you start!
Get some or access to:
⚖️ weighing scales - take your starting weight in kgs!
📏tape measure - measure your
🚶‍♂️pedometer or step counter to keep our data. (These can be as cheap as £5 - you don't need anything fancy)

Enter your data into:
https://www.calculator.net/body-fat-calculator.html

Your Gender; age; weight; height; neck; and waist measurements, and send a screen shot or photo of your results as your starting point.

The first challenge for this week is data collection and getting ready to start!

Then take your starting measurements so that we can all start together next Sunday and I will give you exactly what you need to do week by week.
