Today in North Yorkshire, it's meant to be the hottest day of the year so far with temperatures getting up to 32degrees. This week is going to still be in the 20's temperature wise.

Please look after yourselves and others around you by keeping hydrated, taking shade regularly especially at the hottest part of the day and keeping cool (this includes pets too).

Have a good Bank Holiday everyone and look after each other 😎

Yesterday, whilst restocking some gaps and adding extra bits to VR46 we had a visitor ....

As many of you will know, one of our girls likes to inspect items we get (not just the empty box either)!.

Thunder (our Chief Equipment Inspector) was feeling rather brave and came and did her job by making sure VR46 was up to scratch.

As you can see Thunder did a thorough inspection and gave Stu (Dad) the seal of approval.

After this inspection, everything was given a deep clean and bedding in wash.

Thunder was very proud of herself, it really is a whole family job and don't worry she was paid in a few of her dental bites that she likes from the vets.

Nice steady week with today being spent in Nuneaton delivering a Qualsafe Level 3 Emergency First Aid at Work (RQF) course on behalf of another training company we are assisting.

Today sees Stu travel to Scunthorpe for the Curly's Athletics 10k run supporting our friends at Vie Medic Services Ltd ....

Today is a good day for the team, as not only does it mark our first event of the year but it also sees VR46's first official outing.

We are pleased to be supported by Nick from Phoenix Emergency 1st Response, Pete and of course Josh has come along to support this event too.

The team have headed to Sheffield on this lovely sunny morning for the Westway school colour run. Stu is loving colour runs this weekend!

Hopefully everyone will be an array of multicolours from being thrown and VR46 doesn't join in (unlike the car)

Everyone meet VR46.

Welcome to the FAST team VR46 (named after Stu's favourite Moto GP rider, Valentino Rossi and his number)

VR46 will be used for many events, schools and groups to look around etc.

Signage will be going on in the forthcoming weeks and we know this will be an important asset to the team.

I know many will recognise this ambulance 🚑

Stu has been at many colour runs in the past, however it looks like our car joined in too 🤣

All had a good day and made memories.
