💚 World Mental Health Day 2025 💚

Today, we stand together as one ambulance family to raise awareness and push for change.

Behind every uniform is a human being — someone who carries the weight of what they see, hear, and feel while caring for others. Sadly, over the past year, we’ve seen a worrying rise in suicides and attempted suicides among ambulance staff across the UK.

This isn’t just a statistic — these are our colleagues, our friends, our family. 💔

That’s why we’re continuing our campaign to improve mental health support for ambulance workers, calling for real action, better access to services, and an end to the stigma that still surrounds mental health in our profession.

Let’s use today to check in with each other, talk openly, and remind everyone that it’s okay not to be okay.
You are not alone. 💚🚑
