It’s ok to want to change how your body looks, lose fat, gain fat, gain muscle etc, that doesn’t mean you can’t love your body for what it can do for you.

Learn to accept your body by appreciating the amazing things it accomplishes everyday , no matter its size or shape.

Improving your body image can help you improve your relationship with food and exercise
