From today, Tuesday 29th July, you can use our new online system, SystmConnect, to send us selected non-urgent requests โ no need to wait on the phone or come into the practice.

SystmConnect will run alongside eConsult for now. That means:
โก๏ธ Use SystmConnect for admin queries, medication requests, or simple clinical tasks like smears or vaccinations.
โก๏ธ Use eConsult if you need a non-urgent medical review or advice โ such as when you want to explain your symptoms and get clinical triage.

๐๏ธ Use the right form to help us help you faster.
โฉ๏ธ We may reply to confirm we've received your request, give an update on timescales, or ask for more info.
๐ Requests submitted under the wrong category (e.g., asking for a sick note under 'letters') may be rejected.
๐ฅ๏ธ We check requests regularly and aim to respond within 3โ5 working days.
