🌡️ With a yellow heat health alert in place for the South West, you can stay well in the hot weather by:

💧 drinking plenty of fluids
⛱️ staying in the shade when the sun is strongest (11am-3pm)
🧴 applying sunscreen when going outside
🏃‍♀️ limiting strenuous physical activity during the hottest part of the day.

Anyone can be affected by hot weather but older adults, young children, people with long-term health conditions, and those taking some medications, are most vulnerable.
