After the utter JOY of our first mixed movement meet up in April we are very excited to invite you to our MAY edition.
Mixed movement is a fusion of different movement modalities with the over all intention of moving well for longevity and joy.
It’s a practice that expands as your toolbox grows. dance, martial arts, soft acro, yoga, improv, primal flow, strength and conditioning are some of the flavours and infusions you can expect.
These are super fun and playful sessions which are open to all who love to explore and develop their body in different ways.
First 1hr is co guided by me .moves and Paula then space opens up to jam, yap, practice anything you are working on.
