Are you thinking of getting Botox? Well, try this simple Gua Sha technique regularly to release forehead tension and reduce horizontal lines naturally.
First apply face oil, then starting in the middle of the forehead, rub your Gua Sha tool upwards in small circles and continue this movement all over the forehead for up to 60 secs. Use medium pressure - note that some redness is normal, especially if you have sensitive skin.
