Going into my 8th year of teaching pilates classes. Thank you all for your continued support, when I qualified never did I think classes would of taken off as the have and still be practicing 8 years later . Must be doing something right !!! Mat pilates classes!!

Now that the Xmas and New Year celebrations are over, most of you will be setting yourself some sort of health and fitness goals and New Year resolutions after overindulging the past couple of weeks.
Do you want to be stronger, leaner, healthier, improve flexibility, improve mobility, improve body alignment, and be free from injury and postural problems/back pain??? Then why not come and give Pilates a go!!
Pilates is a form of exercise which focuses on improving core strength, balance, co-ordination, mobility and flexibility, by targeting specific muscle groups (abdominals, back muscles, pelvic muscles and diaphragm) that are needed for correct posture and for the body to move efficiently and effectively to perform functional movements daily.

2026 will be my 8th year of teaching classes, so must be doing something right !!

Pilates could be just what you need to kick-start your 2026 health and fitness regime.

Last pilates class of the year taught , well done guys great work as ever . Just want to say a big thank you to everyone who has attended classes over the past 12 months and made it so enjoyable to teach, your support is really appreciated.
Classes have been as busy as ever this year with an average attendance of 27 and max throughout the summer of 36 which is amazing .
Hope you all have a great Christmas and New Year, classes will return 6th of January 2026 which will be 8th year of teaching pilates 😊😊😊
