Join us Saturday 17th January 10am till 12pm. An introductory Pilates workshop specifically designed for beginners.
The purpose of this workshop is to build knowledge and confidence prior to attending a class.
You will learn the core principles, basic movements and prop usage in a relaxed, friendly, judgement-free environment.
Feel free to ask questions and receive personalized guidance on modifying movements to suit your needs.
There is always an alternative movement that may suit you better.
