You might have noticed my tone has moved on to a sort of 'pick me up' range ..

I guess I'm feeling the pressure of just living at the moment and this is my way to vent or maybe cause little ripples of awareness?

But I realise I focus mainly on women (being one I guess that's easier) but the guys, they go through it and even in this day and age, opening up is still seen as 'weak' to some 😫.

So here's a no nonsense, no faff, short poem for the men/brothers/sons/dads.
