Hi Everyone, thankyou for taking the time to come to class this week.
I hope that you all agree that making a commitment to yourself is always a good start but I do appreciate that putting yourself first is not always easy. Hi Everyone, I am so pleased and excited to confirm that I will be teaching a yoga class at Spindles Health and Leisure Studio at The Norbreck Castle. The classes will start on Thursday 18th July at 8am. The class will be free to all health club members and £4 for non members (paid on arrival). Please message me if you have any questions.
