✨Important update on Vitamin D Injections✨

Unfortunately, vitamin D injections are still unavailable, and at this time, there’s no clear update on when they might be back. With the darker months ahead, it’s essential to stay proactive about your vitamin D intake. Public Health England recommend we all take supplements over the darker months which should be at least 1000iu daily (25ug).

1. Supports Immune Health: Helps your body fend off infections and boosts immune response.
2. Strengthens Bones and Teeth: Aids in calcium absorption, which is vital for bone health.
3. Enhances Mood and Reduces Fatigue: Low levels are linked to seasonal depression, so it can help keep spirits up during shorter days.
