An exciting announcement! From the 8th of January 2024 I will be moving into My Wellness Hub!! Hello everyone, this is my cancellation policy. Please bare in mind this is my main source of income and I can not afford clients not turning up to their appointments. (I have had 5 this week alone😞)
I know life gets in the way sometimes but this is my livelihood.
Hope you all understand and thank you to all my clients who turn up and pay on time without fail!🩵

RESPONSE TO MASSAGE
⭕️This is a classic response to massage. Sometimes this may look scary. Blood transports nutrients to our muscles and the surrounding tissues (tendons, ligaments and fascia) Massage increases blood flow which therefore increases flow of red and white blood cells, plasma and platelets. This is everything we need to get our muscles back to their best form. This means redness and soreness is a typical response to massage but you will thank me later!🙌🏼💪🏼
