The last visitor at Green Roof was handsome bull lurcher, Oscar! This lovely boy has been to visit me for his claw clip before but this was his first bath here. His family weren't sure how he'd cope but we are all so proud of him! Oscar did wonderfully well! He managed a good scrub in the bath and a de-shed. It was lovely to see him looking so happy and healthy! I was lucky enough to do Oscar's adoption from Homeless Hounds - Dogs In Need 6 years ago and he had certainly landed on his feet. He is very loved indeed! ♥️🐶♥️

The next visitor at Green Roof today was Rufus the lurcher x whippet! Rufus is a reluctant visitor. There's only a couple of photos of him as this elderly chap can't wait to get home once we are done. I'm so proud of him though; he's gone from shaking throughout the whole visit to being quite calm. He's a very good boy! ♥️🐶♥️

The last visitor at Green Roof today was beautiful border terrier boy, Cooper! He's a sweet, playful boy who gave me a few kisses today. He also had a good root in the toy box for squeakies and enjoyed a play. We did fit a groom in too; look how handsome he is! ♥️🐶♥️

Many of you will have heard me say how much I love my job. The only part I don't like is the cleaning afterwards. This evening, Barkley came into keep me company. This made it much more pleasant an experience! It took a bit longer as I had to clean round him and keep picking him up for snuggles but I didn't mind; I love my little boy so much! 💚💚💚

The last visitor at Green Roof today was gorgeous Westie boy, Elvis! This little love likes to have a root in the toy box first to see what's there and then we get to work on tidying him up. After his groom, he heads straight back to that toy box! He also enjoyed a little explore of the garden too. ♥️🐶♥️

The next visitor at Green Roof today was handsome cavapoo, Freddy! Freddy must love February as the month of love because he is the biggest fan of giving kisses I know! I get kisses on my nose, my cheeks and the top of my head throughout the groom. He's just a very sweet, lovable boy! ♥️🐶♥️

The first visitor at Green Roof this morning was adorable imperial Shihtzu, Alfie! I am always so proud of Alfie and myself after his groom. He doesn't look perfect but he's gone from being absolutely petrified of scissors near that darling face to trusting me (to some extent!). 🥰 He does get to the point where he's had enough and then we stop. It's so important that he knows I'm listening to him and won't push him too far. Keep making progress, Alfie. I think you are absolutely amazingly brave! ♥️🐶♥️
