Research shows that socially connected people are happier – and that happiness improves self-esteem, control and ultimately, weight loss success! Perhaps that’s why, following lockdown, 100% of members we surveyed said they were pleased to be back in group – whether they’d lost weight or not. Even more reason to have a jolly good time together in group over the festive period 🎅

How did you sleep last night 👍 👎? Poor sleep can disrupt the hormones that regulate our appetite 🥱, and we’re more likely reach for sugary, high-fat snacks 🍪 🍫 when we’re tired and grouchy. So it’s great news that a third of Slimming World members surveyed said losing weight improved their sleep!
