Acupuncture helps the body to heal yourself- hence why the conditions it treats are so vast. We only use single-use sterilised acupuncture needles and adhere to infection prevention at all times. The needles are as thin as a hair and very sharp, therefore, most people do not feel them being inserted. Some people report a tingling sensation, but you should not feel pain. We advise you to wear loose clothing and eat at least an hour before your appointment.

The candles act like a chimney and draw away vapours and any impurities naturally within the ear. They reduce inflammation in the surrounding areas.
