If you have a relative, or an ex-partner who has narcissistic personality disorder; who doesn’t like you (because you’ve probably called out their bad behaviour), with access to you children, big or small - then you can be sure they will be working relentlessly to turn your children against you.
I have seen many posts recently, berating parents because their child has chosen to cut them off and walk away. And whilst it is of course - sometimes - the fault of the parent, there are times when this decision is because of the influence of aforementioned NPD relative/ex. Your grown up child might also have narcissistic traits.
Well, if this is you, this quote is for you! It’s important to remember who you are and what you have had to deal with. And if your grown up child has chosen to cut you off, when you hand on heart know that this is not because of anything you have done, then use this quote to empower yourself ✌️❤️
