That's how Big Toe affects our Posture 💮

The big toe plays a crucial role in maintaining balance, alignment, and proper gait mechanics. Limited mobility or strength in the big toe can lead to compensatory movements, causing misalignment in the ankles, knees, hips, and spine.

🔺The big toe bears 60-80% of the push-off force during walking and running.
🔺 Restricted big toe extension is linked to postural imbalances, inefficient walking patterns, and issues like lower back pain and plantar fasciitis.

🟣 Some Exercise suggestions to Improve Big Toe Strength and Flexibility:

➡️Toe Raises:
Strengthen muscles controlling foot mechanics.
➡️Toe Stretching:
Improve big toe extension using hands or resistance bands.
➡️Short Foot Exercise:
Engage foot stabilizers by pulling the big toe toward the heel.

By maintaining strong and flexible big toes, we can enhance posture, reduce pain, and optimize movement efficiency.
