At Knead it! , we keep the kids moving with sessions focused on strength, agility, and mobility. It’s all about keeping them active, confident, and having fun while learning how to move well.

Today marks three years since I started my sports therapy business — and what a journey it’s been. It hasn’t always been easy, but it’s been worth every bit of hard work and dedication.
If I could give any advice to anyone starting out, it would be this:

👉 Be honest with your patients — people value real care more than anything else.
I’m so grateful for the support I’ve had along the way — from my amazing wife, family, friends, and every client who’s trusted me to help them on their journey. Your support means the world and keeps me pushing forward every day.

🚴‍♂️ What an amazing day at the Manchester 100!

It was a privilege to be part of the event, providing post-ride sports massage to help cyclists recover after taking on such an incredible challenge.
So many inspiring riders came through, from first-timers to seasoned cyclists, all pushing themselves for a great cause. 💪
