12 WEEK TRANSFORMATION

On the left is me, unhappy, out of shape, lethargic, no drive, and in desperate need of a lifestyle change with my horrendous, busy schedule!

With the help of my coach, I was able to establish a comprehensive plan of action...implementing the tools and mental exercises needed to overcome my barriers and obtain the physique I wanted!!

On the right is me now, incredibly happy, in the shape of my life, with newfound habits and routines that ensure I never relapse to my former self.

I have LOTS of acquaintances, colleagues, mates... but very few true friends.

and I have known each other for 27 years...

We have been practically glued at the hip ever since!

Name something people do together, and we've most likely done it ...(except that you dirty buggers) 🤣

We haven't seen much of each other lately... after almost 7 years of living together...he flocked the nest and finally bought his own place 200 Mike's away 🙄

Have you ever found yourself doing endless crunches to melt away that belly fat or countless squats to slim down your thighs?

It’s a common frustration—wanting to lose fat in specific areas and tackling it with targeted exercises. Many of us have been there, hoping that today might be the day those stubborn spots start to shrink.

But here’s the reality: while targeted exercises strengthen and build muscle in specific areas, they don’t directly burn fat from those spots.

Fat loss occurs evenly across your body based on genetics, diet, and overall activity level—not where you focus your workout.

Let's imagine a bucket of water. If I dip a cup in and remove some water, it gets removed from the total amount of water in the bucket... not the specific area you dip the cup!!

I see plenty of you looking for ways to slim down your bums n tums, and the unfortunate truth is, this just isn't possible.

Let's move away from the mindset of trying to find a "quick fix"

Resistance training, paired with a caloric deficit, are the principles of maintaining muscle and reducing fat.

It's just about consistency and trusting the process!
