12 WEEK TRANSFORMATION
On the left is me, unhappy, out of shape, lethargic, no drive, and in desperate need of a lifestyle change with my horrendous, busy schedule!
With the help of my coach, I was able to establish a comprehensive plan of action...implementing the tools and mental exercises needed to overcome my barriers and obtain the physique I wanted!!
On the right is me now, incredibly happy, in the shape of my life, with newfound habits and routines that ensure I never relapse to my former self.
I can not stress the importance of accountability!
Without being pushed and motivated daily, I would never have achieved the results I did!!
It wasn't easy by any means. It takes time, dedication, and resilience to adhere to a training programme.
But, the new found motivations I had were the driving factor in my success...
