Every year there are 30,000 out of hospital cardiac arrests! Would you know how to help someone if it happened to a family member, a friend, a colleague or a stranger in the street.

Our first aid courses give you the knowledge and skills you need to provide potentially life saving first aid to a person in need. We have courses to suit everyone from half day awareness courses right up to 5 day pre-hospital care courses.
