Today I found myself touching wild strawberries… and it reminded me how much magic lives in the little things 🍓✨

Did you know wild strawberries were once used in ancient folk healing for cleansing, grounding, and even emotional balancing? No wonder I felt that little zing of joy when I brushed my fingers across them!

Nature always gives us tiny invitations to slow down, breathe deeper, reconnect with our senses… the same invitations I bring into my work through massage, Indian head massage, crystal healing, breathwork, coaching, and hypnosis.
