I just want to say a huge thank you to everyone who continues to support me, recommend me, and trust me to help honour the lives of their loved ones. It's a privilege I never take lightly.
To the funeral directors who continue to choose me and keep my diary full - thank you for your ongoing trust and support.
A little information for families - I am independent, which means you have the freedom to choose your own celebrant. You don't have to simply go with the one assigned.
A special thank you to Jess Kemp who has once again worked her magic and put my most recent reviews in order. They will all appear on here over the next few days.
I know I don't post on here as regularly as I used to. The truth is, I've been really busy doing the job I love, which feels like a good reason to be quiet on here for a while.

Hi all, I've just realised that it's been months since I posted on here, so apologies for going so quiet.
The truth is, I've been so busy doing the job I love that I haven't had time to tell you about it.
I want to say a heartfelt thank you to everyone for their continued support and especially to the wonderful funeral directors who keep trusting me to look after their families at such an important time. Your kindness and faith in me really does mean the world.

A huge thank you to everyone who stopped by our stall at the Thrapston Charter Fair yesterday. Whether you came to play our game, paint a pebble, have a chat, or find out more about Crowsons & Toby Hunt Funeral Directors services - we loved seeing you there.
Thanks to your amazing support, we raised £125 for a local children's charity, and we couldn't be more grateful.
It was a fantastic (and very hot day) and your smiles and enthusiasm made it even better.

Recently we gathered at Walgrave Cemetery to celebrate the life of a much-loved husband and step-father. He would always say that it was his wife's legs that first caught his eye - a cheeky spark that turned into enduring love. He wrote beautiful poems to her in his lunchbreak at work and they celebrated their wedding anniversary on the wrong date for three years, due to a mix up when putting it on their calendar!

Recently we celebrated the life of a funny, larger-than-life character, who loved entertaining people and making them laugh. He trained as an Aircraft Mechanic in the RAF, so in his honour, we played the sound of a Spitfire flying past. The chosen music was 'Que Sera Sera', Sentimental Journey' and 'We'll Meet Again'. Recently we celebrated the life of a natural extrovert and a people-person through and through. An adored husband, father and popsy, whose life in the RAF took them all over the world. He never met a stranger - only future friends. A beautiful, heartfelt poem was written by his daughter. The music was 'Learning to Fly', 'Mr Blue Sky' and 'Fields of Gold'. Recently we honoured the life of a man who never wanted a fuss and would have probably preferred not to have a funeral service at all. He worked across the globe in the airline industry and adored his children, his dog and his friends. Recently we remembered an adored family man who served in the Royal Navy, worked in Saudi Arabia and loved playing Bridge. A very special poem was written by his brother-in-law. Recently we remembered a lovely lady who never turned down a cup of tea and always had a smile and a cheeky joke at the ready. Her devoted husband surprised her with a vow renewal on a cruise ship for their 60th wedding anniversary and a surprise 80th birthday party. 'Softly As I Leave You', 'Unforgettable' and 'This One's For You' by her favourite singer, Barry Manilow were chosen. We recently gathered to celebrate the life of a man of integrity, adventure and skill. We were honoured by the presence of a RAF Standard Bearer.
