10 years ago I started my small business with the hope of helping people overcome and manage pain. After a decade of treating over 500 different people, some of whom have been with me almost since day one and still keep coming back, I hope that I've done what I set out to do. So it is time to close my doors and start a new adventure. It has been an incredible journey but I consider myself lucky to have met so many wonderful people. I am closing this door but opening a new door working for a wonderful charity helping young carers and I cannot wait. Thank you to everyone who has been with me over the past decade you made it possible. ❤️ All existing appointments will be unaffected and there is still time to get in that last one so feel free to get in touch.

This band is a young local group trying to build their profile so they can play at events this year. If anyone fancies taking a look and following they would be so grateful. They are just 14-18 years old age so talented already.

It's our birthday!! This valentine's day marks the 10th anniversary of opening our clinic. In that time we have treated over 500 people for conditions ranging from back ache to Parkinson's and even palliative care. We have a few people who have been with us on the journey for almost that entire time!! Thank you so much to everyone who has supported our small business 🥳❤️🎉 Our mascots pip and Rosie appreciate it. 🐶

Whilst recovering from surgery we have not been idle. Completed the intro course in counselling and begun the level 2. Adding to our skills to best support and signpost our patients. Long way to being a qualified counsellor but loving the journey. ❤️

Sadly we have been told that we may have to reduce how many patients we see per day due to an injury that now requires surgery. We will remain open as long as possible but our availability will be reduced therefore we will not be taking on any new patients at this time. Any updates will be posted here or sent to those directly affected. We apologize for any inconvenience but as we are always telling patients, it's important to look after the body as you only have one. ☺️
