First pregnancy yoga class of 2026 in our new home at Grove Farm Barns 🏡🤰🧘‍♀️

What a joy to ease back in after a little Christmas pause with 12 gorgeous mamas-to-be. We arrived with gentle breaths, opened the joints, then flowed through adapted sun salutations before melting into a cosy relaxation.

Can’t wait to watch the seasons shift in this beautiful rural spot - fields, big skies and all that Norfolk calm.

We finished with pistachio-chocolate covered dates and a lovely natter and catchup.

Only one more block until the New Year! And also one more block and I will have been teaching pregnancy yoga for a year 🥹🤰🧘‍♀️ and what an amazing year it’s been.

Met so many gorgeous mamas and mamas to be over the past year and next week I will be welcoming some back with their babies for my new Baby & Postnatal classes starting next Friday 👶🏻🧘‍♀️what a wonderful full circle moment 🥰

We had our very first Baby & Postnatal Yoga session today at and a few of the little ones ended up just like this by the end… 🥹❤️ blissed out and snuggly after our closing relaxation.

We sang songs, moved through some nourishing, postnatal-friendly yoga for mums, shared gentle baby massage, and practiced a little yoga with our babies too 🧘‍♀️✨

It was Baby Rose’s first outing ➡️ and she was a dream 🤭

It was such a joy to welcome back some familiar faces from my pregnancy classes - and to meet some lovely new mamas as well 🥰

Already looking forward to next week!

A lovely practice of pregnancy safe moon salutations in our pregnancy class last night for the May Full Moon - Flower Moon 🌸

There is something so special about flowing through moon salutations under a full moon - it felt so grounding and feminine. It was also great for the hips, hamstrings and pelvis and guiding baby gently into the optimal position for birth 🤰👶🏻

Feel very blessed to hold this space for these mamas and to be in such a beautiful space 🫶

First night at in Aylsham 🤰🧘‍♀️

We had such a lovely first session last night 🫶 in our new North Norfolk location. We had the lights off and flowed by candlelight 🕯️

Happy Legs 🦵🤰🧘‍♀️

Tonight’s pregnancy yoga class was all about bringing some love to our legs and feet 🦶 ❤️

We flowed through warriors, eased out those pesky foot cramps, soothed sciatic twinges, and gave our legs the TLC they truly deserve.
⁣
We not only used our own inner strength and stability but also used the wall and each other for some leg easing postures.

No class next Monday evening but back again on Monday 28th April covering for 💕

When I first started covering Pregnancy Yoga classes on a Monday evening at it was dark on the drive there and pitch black on the drive back so I never really saw much of the scenery surrounding just the lovely cosy studio.

But now it’s light and oh wow, these views are just so so beautiful from the studio - and I was treated to the most glorious sunset on the drive home 🌅

Feeling so grateful 🙏🏻 and another lovely start to our next 6 week block this evening full of giggles, calming breathwork, a lovely flow and a restorative Savasana to end (oh and some rather tasty biscuits!) 🤰🧘‍♀️✨
