Today our residents were treated to a very special visit from Ruban & Mungo, our favourite Mini Moments Ponies
They trotted in with their gentle charm, enjoyed plenty of fuss, and of course munched their way through a good handful of carrots! 🥕
It was a lovely moment of calm, smiles, and connection — our residents absolutely adored spending time with them.
We can’t wait to welcome these two back again.

And the winner of our Ready Steady Cook Challenge 2026 is… our reigning champion Sam Tuckey!
What a great evening, thoroughly enjoyed by our residents, with the result coming down to just one vote.
Well done to Sam and Cory for an incredible cook‑off — Cory was only just pipped at the post!

Sarah‑Jayne lit up the home today with her amazing voice, and our residents jumped right in with their musical instruments — such a fun, feel‑good afternoon! We kept the energy going with some bright and cheerful Easter crafting.

What a fantastic night at Weston Hall Hotel in Bulkington for the Now Network Awards for Women in Business! So proud of our Events Manager, Linda Davies, who was a finalist in the Community Award — and went on to win another award for Thurlaston Meadows Care Home. An incredible achievement and so well deserved for te team. 💛✨

Our French‑themed restaurant night was a huge success! The wonderful magician Angus had everyone in awe, from residents to visitors, with his mind‑blowing magic. A heartfelt thank you to our talented kitchen staff for the fantastic food and service, our dedicated care staff for making the evening run smoothly, and our maintenance team for all their hard work behind the scenes. Nights like these remind us what a special community we have.
