Our residents had a wonderfully busy morning at Thurlaston Meadows. We repotted our giant pumpkins, enjoyed some games, shared stories in book club and ended with a peaceful meditation session. Lovely energy from start to finish.

A lovely, busy morning for our residents at Thurlaston Meadows. A gentle walk, some energising armchair exercise and beautiful flower pressing — now we’re excited for our pop‑up shop to open.

Residents wrapped up their day with our wonderful kitchen team before taking a peaceful walk to our kitchen garden and Bloom Room. Such simple moments, but they mean so much.

What a fun day at Thurlaston Meadows! Sunshine in the garden, beautiful flower pressing, a great armchair exercise session, and we wrapped it all up with a brilliant games night at the Mews Bar with tasty basket meals. A full day of laughter, energy and community.

What a wonderfully busy week it’s been here at Thurlaston Meadows Care Home! 🌞

From our early morning exercise sessions keeping everyone active and smiling, to a joyful St George’s Day celebration full of red and white pride 🇬🇧, it’s been non-stop fun and laughter. Our residents have also been soaking up the sunshine while tending to the garden — those green thumbs are hard at work! 🌷🌿

A special shout-out to our amazing team for putting up the new marquee, ready for even more outdoor activities and gatherings as the warmer days roll in. 🌼
