Menopause Awareness Day!

Menopause is a natural and significant life transition, but too often, it’s surrounded by silence and misunderstanding.

Around 35.6% of menopausal women may experience depression during this transition. Yet emotional changes are rarely talked about, even though they’re just as real as the physical ones.

Despite its widespread impact, more than 90% of women were never taught about menopause in school, meaning many learn on their own, often after symptoms begin. This lack of education can leave so many feeling confused, isolated, or even ashamed of what their body is naturally doing.

I want to remind every woman: you’re not alone, and you’re not “too much.” This chapter deserves compassion, understanding, and care - not silence.
