Meet Bonnie with whom I spent time with last night.

Young and full of life but needing some help discharging and congested energy.

After a period of uncertainty, she adored the flow work and reacted instinctively as it released via the back end.

Very open as to emotions and her humans were given several techniques to help her day to day.

Her humans seemed to benefit too judging by the amount of yawning going on 😁

Following on from last week's canine sound bath, I spent a lovely afternoon with this gorgeous duo.

Was supposed to be there for Saffy but Cookie was not going to be left out, and rightly too 😄

Cookie very much threw himself into what I was offering where as Saffy was a little more reserved to start.

She allowed little but often and was cautious of her heart and throat. She's come a long way since my last visit, a testament to her loving family.

She's a qualified animal reiki practitioner well known in our area with various species of animal clients (she also works wonders for humans too)!! Michaela has provided reiki for both of my dogs and myself, resulting in decreased anxiety and identifying some areas of stress and other feelings they had.

Thank you to George for being so open to his first Reiki session.

It was a pleasure to meet him and his humans.

We worked mainly in the heart, solar plexus and root/caudal areas today to help with self confidence and flowing energy.

Just loved his quirks and his awareness of his humans ones too ❤️

I met this wonderful, gentle soul today and his two lovely humans.

I am very much enjoying picking back up Equine Reiki sessions.

Barney very much enjoyed his session and licked and chewed in all the right places.

Gave good advice too 👌

It's been a while since I posted here because a lot of my work is now a combination of Reiki and EquineCoach with people and horses.

So today it was lovely to get back to an Equine Reiki session with Jack.

A very expressive boy who engaged with confirmation when we hit the right spot and drew my attention to what he needed to be highlighted to his human.

So much love to give. He certainly touched my heart.

I very much enjoyed the open and honest communication from him.

Thank you to his human for allowing me to work with such a beautiful soul 💖

A day spent with our own herd and some much needed energy work for all.

Frosty enjoyed a general wellbeing session and an energy boost. Followed by blackberry picking. Just the perfect day in his view 😍

Jasper had his first full hands on session and accepted the energy work very well. He is having a big emotional shift after just a couple of months with the herd, and learning to trust. Support and confidence building was the goal for today.

Tiger and Coco happily accepted a body scan to see how they were physically and emotionally, and some release work.

Olly wanted a bum scratch....😁

Little Paul was very much open for a long 'just being ' and sharing energy and space session. He shared breath several times, releasing and generally just having a nice time.

A tiring day, but a good clear out of stuck energy for them all.

A visit to this beautiful girl this week 💗

Some cross over with EquineCoach in order to assist both horse and human.

Being very aware of our energy when being with or working with our Equine partners makes a huge difference in our relationships.

I spent a lovely evening with these 2 beauties and their human.

I was asked to work with one of these dogs, but of course the other enjoyed our space we created too.

We can often be unaware of how much our energy effects our animals. Even our attention on an animal who is dealing with trauma can cause anxiety. When we create a positive, calm space with no intent or expectations, we can build trust and confidence.

I was quite surprised how this lovely girl allowed the session, once in a comfortable place, I did expect her to move away as we touched blockages, but she stayed.

Again a cross over with EquineCoach as we discuss being aware of and make changes to our energy around animals.
