Join me for this 3 month course where we dive deep into yogic practices that are designed to help the body heal, balance your emotions and find some peace in your mind 🌞
We will gather for a weekly yoga practice that consists of breathwork, meditation and yoga poses 🧘♂️
There will also be a 30min workshops that:
• explains these practices
• how to approach them
• the benefits and how to modify them to your needs.
This will also include time to ask questions and share your experience 🙂
This will be available in person, live online and as a recording so you can do it in your own time. This means if you are away and miss a session, you can access the recording and catch up when you can 👌
You will then have access to a recording of each practice so that you can take it home with you and learn how to integrate them into your day to day life 😇
This journey will work on a physical, mental, emotional, spiritual and energetic level. So this is not just a physical practice. This is not quite like a regular yoga class. There will be a big emphasis on creating mindfulness, relaxation, slowing down, healing and turning your awareness inwards 🙏
Stress and trauma creates blockages in our systems and when left alone it manifests as disease. This is why these practices were created, to help you release these blockages so that your body and mind can begin to come back to its optimal function✔️
