Private Pilates Bookings ✨

Excited to introduce private bookings for Pilates at Revival! These can be for Mat and Reformer and will be done as an “on request” basis.

Private bookings can be made for:

✨ 1-1 (one client and the instructor)
✨ 2-1 (two clients and the instructor)
✨ Groups of 3-6 people for Mat, or 3-5 people for Reformer

Requests for private bookings can be done by directly messaging our page, and the instructors will give you options of days and times available.

We hope you enjoy this new way of enjoying Pilates at Revival, either on your own, with your partner, or with a group of friends 🤍

Requirements:
Swedish/Body Massage
Level 3 Sport Massage (or a strong desire to undertake this qualification)
Experience working in the industry is desirable

Pilates at home 🫶🏼🧘🏻‍♀️🏡

As Oonagh and Kody are away on holiday for two weeks (12-26th August), we wanted to make sure you could still keep up your Pilates practice!

You can subscribe to access six mat based Pilates workouts instructed by Oonagh for just £10 which can be done easily at home with zero equipment required 👯‍♀️

New Class Schedule - Mat Pilates 🧘🏻‍♀️

I am so excited to announce that Kody is now a qualified Mat Pilates instructor and will be teaching Mat classes from next week 🙌🏼🥳

The new schedule for Mat classes will be integrated over the next few weeks and any classes already booked in our current schedule will remain in place.

Back home after the most incredible time away in Germany celebrating my sister getting married! I actually don’t think I’ll ever get over how perfect their wedding day and the whole week was 💛

Revival is open again from today and I’m looking forward to seeing you all in for massage, classes and contrast sessions 🫶🏼

What an incredible first month it has been at Revival - THANK YOU 🫶🏼
